This video will show you how to take photos and video. It will also show you how to take screenshots.

To take a screenshot, press the on/off button and the home button at the same time. You should hear a camera click sound and the screen will flash. See the diagram here if you do not know where the buttons are located on the iPad.

SHARED PHOTO STREAMS

You can use the Shared Photo Stream feature of iOS 7 to create a photo stream for each of your students. Whenever they take a photo, screenshot or video, they can post the photos to their personal photo stream.
